Influit are recruiting Lead UX Designer that will take ownership of the UX experience against the company 's customers. You will be working against both their products together with the product & technical teams as well as aligning and driving the UX strategy. Ready to take on this exciting opportunity?
The position
The position as Lead UX Designer means you will take ownership of the UX experience against the company 's customers. You will be working against both their products together with the product & technical teams as well as aligning and driving the UX strategy. Further to support and coach the teams on UX related decisions to create UX awareness. We expect you to have a strong opinion on solutions along with a pragmatic approach to your work and comfortable to be proven wrong by your own research. You are going to mainly work with web based systems which require a good technical understanding in order to simplify the user facing elements. The company put a lot of emphasis on close collaboration between the product design team and the development team as they strive to learn from each other's different angles.

The company have their head office in Stockholm, with a strong presence in USA, offices both in Los Angeles and New York and a total of around 90 employees. With customers as Activision, NFL, Salesforce, HBON, GE, Rolex, SF and Teracom to name a few, they are planning for further expansion. Profile
You have experience working as a UX designer with agile teams, owning and driving change when it comes to UX. Further comfortable in aligning UX design & workflows to both business and technical side as well as knowledge in front-end development - bringing pure design to prototype. You have an ability to present your designs and solutions to company stakeholders. As a person you are self-driven, a team player and with strong interest for UX. You are fluent in English both verbal and written.
