About the role

We are lookingfor a Lead Technical Account Manager to strengthen the Service Delivery team in Stockholm.

In this role, you will be responsible for the delivery of Nasdaq Software Products and Software Services to some of the biggest exchanges in the world. Youwill lead cross-functional teams across the globeon your own, delivering mission critical solutions and services to world-leading exchanges. You will be responsible foressential project management activities, Service release scope management and perform complex troubleshooting to incoming incidents. All while continuously working on building strong relations and trust with your client.

The Market Technology portfolio spans the complete securities transaction processing chain from trading via clearing & risk, to settlement & depository and surveillance. You will be working directly with the seniorand executivemanagement of Exchange Venues, Clearing Houses and Central Securities Depositories across the globe.

To be successful in this role, you need to have a flexible mindset and an ability to adapt when pre-requisites are changing. Also, we foresee structure and a great attention to detail as important in this role, along with being comfortable liaising with individual contributors, as well as getting the most out of the team!

Furthermore, you will be:

Building and developing strong customer relationships by managing customer expectation and leading them to customer satisfaction by understanding their business needs and technical challenges.
Planning, coordinating and delivering Service Releases, corrections and enhancements
Reporting on KPI, SLA & target metrics to internal and external stakeholders
Troubleshooting incoming incidents and owner of backlog
Acting as single point of contact for clients for technical questions
Engaging and collaborating closely with external clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
As a TAM, you will be the link between the client and the support organization consisting of Developers, QA and Business Analysts.
As a part of the Client Success Delivery organization, you will be reporting directly to the Head of Support

Key Qualifications

Several years of experience working as a TAM, TOM, Service Manager, or a Project Manager
Excellent knowledge of modern software design, development techniques, methodologies, and Software delivery
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, as the role will require you to liaise with different departments, business teams, and clients at all levels
Strong coordination / Project management skills
Hands-on experience with Linux, databases (e.g., Oracle, PostgreSQL)
Strong Excel and PowerPoint Skills
Excellent working proficiency in English
A degreein Computer Science, Engineering, other relateddiscipline or equivalent work experience

It would be great if you also have

Knowledge of Capital Markets and Trading/Clearing systems with prior experience in a technology company
Experience working with Cloud solutions (AWS)
