Most of our services are built in Erlang or Java and deployed on various Cloud platforms with the help of tools such as Docker, Ansible and Jenkins. We work in small autonomous teams with short release cycles; Continuous Integration and Deployment are at the heart of everything we do.
Along with the team you will be an important part of making this happen by building amazing services, using either Erlang, Scala or Java, depending on the domain. Your role as Team Lead is to inspiring, mentor and enable the team towards shared goals. You will ensure that testing best practices and Agile development processes are followed. We believe you are great at leading design discussions, retrospectives and empowering teams to find solutions to complex engineering challenges. Preferably you are still hands on with a strong passion in technique as well as people.
