DESCRIPTION
We are looking for someone who wants to lead and develop a team working within Quality Assurance and Quality Control, to guide the organization, with focus on production and striving to continuously improve product quality.
The position, located at our headquarters in Mölndal Sweden, is a result of a reorganisation in preparation for the future in a growing business.
This is a challenge with opportunities for development both as an individual and as a team, in an environment with high quality awareness, a busy agenda and for sure some fun along the road.
The work starts with Quality planning of new and changed products, process control and production support, acceptance activities, and continues through non conformity handling, CAPAs and complaints. You and your team will monitor the trends to initiate, drive and follow up on quality improvements.
QUALIFICATIONS
You are a good leader with several years of full manager responsibilities, including personnel and budget responsibility. The ideal candidate has solid experience working with QA/QC within the medical device, or equivalent industry and has an academic degree in a relevant subject.
Previous experience of working with product and process Quality Assurance is beneficial and it is an advantage to have a good understanding in process chemistry. The right candidate has a pronounced holistic view, is analytical and proactive with excellent communication skills. You are independent in a team oriented manner, a strong decision maker who is flexible and open for change. Swedish and English, both written and spoken, is required.
