Lead Product Engineer
(Based in Landskrona)
As a Product Engineer, you will:
Be responsible for product engineering parts in our product projects; NPD (New Product Development) and EPD (Existing Product Development). These tasks will cover handling product set ups in our PDM system Teamcenter, coordinating project prototypes, driving product cost analyses, having standardization thinking in all the steps. You will both work in project teams, normally teamworking close to a Design- or Process Engineer or you will spend some time on your own. You will report your progress to the Project Manager.
In this role you will also drive smaller projects related to the product engineer responsibilities.
Part of the time you will also be responsible for product customization, analyzing business cases and the added complexity for production. Here you will work close to sales and local plant team for finding the best solution.
We are looking for candidates ideally demonstrating:
As a person you can plan, organize and multitask as well as work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. You have a high level of communication and collaborative skills. You like to dig into details and take action! In this position you need to have both English and Swedish proficiency at a professional level.
You also have a
• Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent education
• Minimum 3 years work experience in an engineering role within product development or manufacturing
• Experience from Teamcenter is a plus
