Metso Power is a leading provider of recovery boilers and evaporation plants for pulp and paper industry, and also environmentally friendly power and heating boilers for technically demanding fuels. We offer our customers leading technique and life cycle services, including advanced training and process control solutions.
As process engineer for simulators and advanced process control (APC) you will be responsible for our customer projects within the discipline. Our simulators are used for operator training and verification of control logic for our boilers and evaporators. The advanced control systems are optimization tools for the same plants. You will be responsible for customer and supplier contacts within the projects, as well as coordination with other Metso units in Sweden and globally.
You have a Master of Science, Chemical or Mechanical Engineer with experience from work with Dymola or other simulation tools. Programming skills, such as C++/C# and experience of APC, is an advantage. You are a skilled communicator and fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken. You are self-driven and committed to delivering customer value. Experience from working in an international environment is a merit.
