The role of Lead Operations Coordinator requires a dynamic and driven individual to provide effective and efficient support resource across a broad range of activities. The Lead Operations Coordinator will be accountable for the completion of standard and non-standard tasks within their own area and will act as an integral part of the team to deliver activities which support operational objectives.
Your key responsibilities at UBI Global:
Main support to the CEO
Manage the company's database to ensure all Management Information is relevant and up to date
Process and deliver orders
Project manager on specific agreed projects
Support to marketing, information and sales
Develop and optimize the operational processes
All the web tools and systems
Head executor of marketing activities until we can build a marketing team
Invoices and expenses
Supplier contact person
Requirements:
Bachelor?s degree or completing one in the fields of marketing, communications, media or management
Interest in Operations and Managment
Strong organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, basic database knowledge
Knowledge of project management techniques and tools
English language: Fluent in written and verbal skills
Critical thinking and problem solving skills
Planning and organizing
Attention to details
Communication skills
Fast leaner
Multi-tasking
Team work
Adaptability
Stress tolerance
Knowledge of InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop is a plus
