The demand for cloud based analytical platforms is constantly growing and we are now looking for a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft Power Platform Developer to help us take the next step in developing our Business Applications in Stockholm.
About the role
As the Lead Microsoft Power Platform Developer, you'll be a key player in our Business Solutions team, overseeing Reinsight's business applications, design, analytics, requirement engineering, UX, and Power Platform initiatives. Your role involves defining the strategic direction of our Power Platform offerings and aligning our architecture with other teams at Reinsight.
On a day-to-day basis, you'll collaborate cross-functionally with Business Design, Business Analytics, and ML/AI teams to deliver exceptional Power Platform solutions to our clients. Expect to engage in diverse and exciting projects that expand your knowledge across various companies and industries.
What you will do:
Deliver services and solutions for clients using Microsoft's Power Platform
Lead and coordinate application design and planning with other Business Applications team members
Consult and create Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps, automate business functions with Power Automate, improve business functions with Power Virtual Agents, and innovate with Teams Automation using Power Platform.
Utilize problem-solving skills to understand client pain points and adapt as challenges arise.
Use connectors to link disparate systems to Power Platform applications and guide API development for Line of Business applications.
Identify areas and processes where Power Platform and Microsoft 365 can be better leveraged and facilitate process improvement.
Collaborate with the QA team to define test cases, metrics, and resolve questions about test results.
Develop components based on business and/or application requirements.
To be considered for the role, we see that you come with the following experiences and skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent experience
3+ years commercial experience working with Power App
Knowledge of Power Fx
Knowledge of change management and use of Azure DevOps for Power Platfor
Relevant Microsoft Certifications and Power Platform Certifications.
Working proficiency in Swedish and English is required for this role

Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect (preferred)
Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate
Microsoft Certified: Teamwork Administrator Associate
Any of the following Power Platform Certifications:
Power App
Power Automate
Power Virtual Agent
Teams Automation
