We are building VNTRS Skåne from the ground up as you are reading this and we are on the lookout for an experienced Lead Javascript Developer to join our ranks. Do you think you have what it takes? Your first mission is to make it through the wall of text below. It will be worth it, we promise.
About the job: In your role you will be taking the technical responsibility at our first flagship clients in Skåne. You will be working with a small but closely knitted team aiming to build booming businesses together with regional entrepreneurs. Together we help companies in every aspect of their journey. Your opinion will have a big impact when it comes to the technical solution, but also the scoping of the product itself. Technologies used while developing and your role in a project will be set from case to case depending on our client's preferences, your current strengths but also on your ambitions to learn new skills. Finally, at VNTRS we believe at building the company together. We have a flat organization where everyone is responsible for business development and general improvements. We have just started our journey in the region which means that you will be a cornerstone in building VNTRS Skåne together with the local team. Exactly how you contribute is up to you but one thing is for sure; you don't get many chances like these in your professional career.
Must-have
Entrepreneur in spirit, problem solver in expertise, optimist at heart
Proven experience working with fullstack JavaScript/TypeScript. Relevant buzzwords: React (Next.js), Vue (v2/v3), Angular (2+), React Native (bonus for Swift/Kotlin), Node.js, Express.js and some database
Proven experience working with at least one of the large cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.)
Fluent in English
Bonus
Hands on start-up experience
Experience within design, both UX and UI
Fluent in Swedish
