Would you like to be a part in developing the IT Security? We are now looking for a Lead IT Security Officer located in Sweden, The Netherlands or in Germany.

The Lead IT Security Officer shall ensure a target oriented security strategy and drive the implementation of this strategy. This involves the planning of operational initiatives as well as the alignment with Group IT, ensuring that security fulfills the Group strategic targets and policies.

Your Roles and Responsibilities as a Lead IT Security Officer:
• Ensure target oriented operational and security strategy fulfillment
• Monitor and assess IT Security compliance in the specific FIO departments and with external partners
• Manage IT audit execution and follow up
• Coordinate the mitigation of internal and external audit findings
• Report and advise IT Supply management and Group IT Security with regards to the current IT Security risks and required actions
• Increase and maintain awareness about IT Security for FIO staff and external suppliers
• Handle IT security related incidents and exceptions (e.g. in VITSS)
• Manage the IT security coordinator network within FIO and relevant external stakeholders
• Act as an IT Security advisor and ensure compliance with IT Security policies and standards in projects and other activities
• Efficiently manage the team of IT Security Officers

Qualifications as a Lead IT Security Officer:
The Lead IT Security Officer is expected to have a strong focus on the implementation of security measures, controls and solutions. The Lead IT Security Officer should also have a strong background in auditing and audit follow up in an international setup.
Strong leadership skills, applying a people oriented, participative and coaching style will be required. The candidate's collaborative skills and ability to establish enduring and productive relationships with people on many levels is important, from senior executives to team leads in the businesses and in IT operations. The candidate has to have a stature and size that fit with the position and undisputable personal characteristics such as honesty, integrity, ambition, initiative and drive. A good understanding of IT is of course important and required. Knowledge of best practice frameworks (i.e. ITIL; COBIT, ISO 27000, NIST etc) is key to success. Working internationally requires experience from a complex and geographically distributed operation (e.g. in a multinational company).

You have a university degree (MSc) in e.g. Information Technology, Business Informatics, or Computer Science. Finally, perfect command of the English language is needed in order to be successful in this job, Swedish, Dutch and/or German language skills are appreciated.
