Volvo Group Trucks Technology has an increased need of skilled engineers within the perception components group located in Gothenburg. The group consist of three development teams Radar & ultrasonic team, Camera& Lidar team and computational nodes team.We are looking for new employees since the group is expanding that have a passion to work and develop sustainable transport solutions with pioneering products and services for the transport and infrastructure industries. It's also important that you are able to help your team members to reach our common goals.About the roleThe VAN-node Owner has the overall responsibility of the VAN-node including ECU Hardware, ECU Software and interface and compatibility towards connected sensors and actuators. Your mission is to maintain and secure ECU quality, functionality, design, performance and commonality, having an overall knowledge of how the functionality is realized in the ECU.As an ECU Owner You will be the GTT main interface for our suppliers dealing with software and/or hardware development. It's a merit if you have experience in partnership and SIPD process and agile way of working. Its an advantage if you have experience in APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning).Master of Science in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or similar3-5 years of experience ECU development3-5 years of experience within embedded systems developmentFluent in English, written and spokenWhat can we offer you?We can offer you an exciting and global working environment which will give you valuable experience that will contribute to your future development within Volvo Group.
