At the end of April 2019, WorleyParsons combined with Jacobs' Energy, Chemicals and Resources (ECR) division, to create Worley. Together, we are a leading global provider of professional project and asset services in the energy, chemicals and resources sectors. We have almost 60,000 amazing people in around 60 countries across the world covering the full lifecycle, from creating new assets to sustaining and enhancing operating assets for our customers.We are now searching for Lead roles for all disciplines, Process, Piping, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation. As a Lead Engineer in larger EPCM studies and projects you will lead a team of skilled engineers within your discipline. The role can also be multi-disciplinary for Piping&Mechanical or Electrical&Instrumentation.

THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL DO
* Responsible to deliver scope with quality, in time and within budget
* Plan and follow up with all resources available in the project including workshare resources
* Coordinate and align with other disciplines in the project
You are responsible to deliver scope with quality, in time and within budget that meet Worley, its customers and applicable statutory and regulatory specifications. Focus area is to control your discipline regarding reporting of planning, cost, progress and change management to ensure that we deliver highly predictable projects. You are a clear communicator and coordinate and align effectively with the project team as well as with other project stakeholders including the Customer.

You will operate from our offices in Stenungsund, easily reached by public transports. You will enjoy a tight team, commited to having fun at work as well as delivering beyond expectations.
WHO ARE YOU?
We expect as a minimum a BSc degree (or equivalent) in Engineering with experience from same or similar industry. You are likley experienced in the use of Microsoft Office and specific discipline tools. Candidates will be evaluated with respect to leadership capability. English, fluent in speech and writing, Swedish is optional.
