An unmatchedmedical delivery is the strategy for winning the market also in the future and FGAis committed to further improve its medical delivery.The Lead Contact Doctor will play a key rolegoing forwardIn order torealize this strategy, FGA have defined a powerful Lead Contact Doctor role and is now looking for the right candidate.The LeadContact Doctor will take part in defining what it means to be a world classalarm center and lead the local medical team (consisting of contact doctors, contact nurses and medical escort team) and co-operate closely with Head of Operations and Network. The role is part time and should be combined with clinical practice.The LeadContact Doctor will report administratively to the Country Manager and belong to the Country Management Team. In medical matters the Lead Contact Doctor will report to the Global Medical Director. The Swedish Lead Contact Doctor will participate in regular Global Medical Board meetings together with Lead Contact Doctors from the other business units in FGA.Your responsibilities will be: The Swedish Medical Team and its performance Implementation of global, and development of local, guidelines and routines Local medical quality assurance Medical contact point to HQ Handling medical casesTo fulfil these responsibilities, you will typically: Conduct medical assistance according to the highest medical standards and FGA internal processes Update medical procedures and contribute to optimizing processes within local Medical Team Implement global processes locally - adapt if necessary in agreement with HQ Participate in quality meetings - represent the local Medical Team Drive and follow up on local Medical performance Lead, follow-up and develop the Medical Team staff Counselling in medical cases not related to assistance and repatriation Participating in and contributing to sales projects Conducting and participating in internal audits Staff training related to medical issues and training of medical staff Drive innovative thinking and implementation of new ideas Your qualifications are: Certified specialist, preferably with a solid experience in emergency medicine Experience in aviation medicine is considered an advantage Leadership experience and strong communication skills Logistic, structured and focused on details Team player with good interpersonal skills and leadership abilities Being reliable, helpful, competitive, with high energy level and great attitude Strong commitment to reaching your goals Application and Contact:To apply, send your CV and personalletter, and any other material you wish to present, online by clicking the red"Ansök" button on the right side.
