You will be intensely involved in; you will define the problem, propose and refine the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability-building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape. Required Full cycle implementations on ERP LN for Projects, Distribution and Service modules Should be able to lead requirement gathering, functional design and business process definitions Should be able to Work with Internal and external stakeholders to understand the service/function/product provided Should be able to effectively communicate your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management Should be able to map the customer requirements into the product and suggest workarounds/solutions for the requirements Should be able to do the following Requirement Gathering, Analysis and documentation, Stakeholder Management, Translating Requirements from Swedish to English. Should have good knowledge on Insurance Domain along with good BA skills and Swedish Language. Should be able to assist the Testing team with the functional areas to be tested The candidate must be a team player and is also expected to help the project team with any functional issues that may arise during the course of the project Preferred Analytical skills Experience and desire to work in a consulting environment that requires regular travel Should have excellent soft-skills and leadership skills to lead assessment workshops Expertise in Projects, Distribution, Invoicing, Service modules and fair knowledge in Finance module) Experience of at least 1 or 2 full-cycle implementation for a utility (Power/Water/Sewer) with hands on Functional and deployment experience knowledge and experience in the application life cycle stages of definition & design and have very good experience in Data migration during the Implementation Good interpersonal communications and analytical ability Ready to travel to client locations as needed Understanding of utility market and technology trends
