Com Hem was founded in 1983 and is owned by BC Partners since 2011.The role Lead Configuration Manager is part of the Com Hem IS/IT Delivery Team responsible for the infrastructure and application environments of the test environments for Com Hem Business Support Systems. The team consists of configuration managers, infrastructure expert and an Oracle DBA.
In the role as Lead Configuration Manager you will:
• Take responsibility and ownership of the overall configuration management within the IS department including:
• Code Quality
• Version control
• Branching strategy
• Drive our work of further improving the way we do things more effective regarding automating manually steps and evaluate different supporting tools.
• Lead the other Team CM and Application Administrators within the IS department and our offshore partner in terms of:
• Build and Deploy
• Best Practices
• Knowledge transfer
• Support the following functions with you expertise:
• Release Management
• Operation Management
• Development
• Offshore partner
Qualifications:
• 5+ years from a role as Configuration Manager
• Used to work both operational and strategic in a fast moving agile environment
• Have a deep understanding of enterprise applications and architecture
• Very good knowledge of Oracle/PL-SQL and Java
• Experience from Jira, Hudson/Jenking, RunDeck
• Experience from the Telecom market is a major plus
• Experience from LEAN and Scrum is a plus
Personality:
• Team player with good communication skills
• Excellent skills in written and spoken English
