hela Sverige As a Lead Clinical Consultant your responsibility is to partner with Cerner client clinical stakeholders to form relationships and holistically impact client clinical performance, satisfaction, and clinical and business outcomes during project engagements.
You will also guide internal and external project teams through workflow and clinical design recommendations in complex client environments, and leverage continuous process improvement techniques to promote improvements in quality of care and patient safety.
You may also act as the final point of escalation for clinical workflow integration risks and issues, partner with engagement management team to influence project strategy and drive outcomes, and drive organizational and internal team initiatives
Basic
• Bachelor's degree in clinical-related field
• Active clinical license
• At least 5 years of work experience as a Registered Nurse or clinical leader
• At least 7 years of consulting work experience with Cerner Millennium.
• Completed 2 projects within the last 3 years using the Consulting Framework Methodology.
Preferred
• At least 8 years of health care management work experience
Expectations
• Willing to travel up to 100% as needed
• Willing to work overtime or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
