Sandvik Coromant Marketing Planning and Platforms is responsible for defining our overall marketing objectives, and short- and long-term plans based on customer insights, our performance, strategic direction and offer portfolios. In the planning process, we ensure strong alignment and commitment between marketing, sales and offer management - to secure maximum market, business and customer impact. We are now looking for an experienced Launch Manager, someone who is inspired by this exciting opportunity to join us in a leading position, with the possibility to influence processes and contribute to efficient sales and business results for the organization.
In this position, your location is flexible with the requirements of monthly presence in Sandviken. Travelling is a natural part of this globally present position.
Key performance areas
As Launch Manager, your main responsibility is to develop, implement and continually improve our global unified introduction process, including stakeholder management of our global functions: Offer Management, Marketing and Sales. You are accountable for process KPIs and process audits, and for evaluation of business results related to offer introductions, to be used as input for further improvements. You secure a unified way-of-working within each sales area, and secure handshake, commitment and settlement of routines from global input providers. Working with a complex product portfolio, covering everything from traditional products to services and digital solutions, you handle both basic solutions and more complex fit-for-purpose projects with ease.
We are looking for someone with a degree in Marketing, Business or Industrial Engineering or with the equivalent experience gained from a working career. You have solid experience from working within the areas of marketing, sales or product/process management, preferably within a B2B-environment, and you are an experienced process leader with extensive knowledge of change management, stakeholder management and project management skills. Since we act on a truly global stage, you have excellent skills in English, both verbal and written.
