Job Description

Then the position as Laboratory Technician at Solenis could be something for you!

Start date: By agreement
Contract type: Full-time, permanent
Working schedule: 3 shifts (one week morning, one week afternoon and one week night shift pattern)
Location: Råå, Helsingborg

Duties & Responsibilities
In the role, you will fulfill an important function in continuously analyzing adjustments that need to be made in production, as well as carrying out these adjustments.
You will in certain moments be responsible for which measures are taken and will be an important cog in the production functioning and at the same time being made more efficient. This takes place in close communication with operations operators, logistics personnel and process engineers and you are also expected to be involved in ensuring the quality of the raw material used, as well as that the final product achieves the highest standard. You will also be involved and help with, for example, orders, preparation of instruments and tools, as well as further training of new staff. In your work, you are based on ISO 9000 in order for production to maintain as high a standard as possible.

The Individual
We are looking for you who is an analytical and problem-solving person. You work according to efficiency and quality in your work, and you can then communicate clearly in speech and writing with colleagues.
You have an academic background in a relevant field for the position and we also believe that you are used to working with organic chemistry and reaction products.
Furthermore, you are a person of structure, order and order and who can make your own well-founded decisions at a high pace.
This requires that you as a person are used to working independently, are flexible, but can also cooperate with your colleagues in a good way.

To succeed in the role, it is recommended:
• At least two years if University education in a relevant field
• Fluent in Swedish and English
• Experience in working in a lab environment (i.e. analysis and preparation for GC, HPLC, Viscosity, Dry content, Density, etc..)

It is also advantageous if you have:
• Work according to ISO 9000 and have knowledge of ISO 14001, 45001 and Responsible Care 14001
• Experience with SAP
• Used to working in morning, afternoon and night shifts
