The task
The management and follow-up process of our raw material is a key point to produce high quality products. The parameters have to be reliable all along the milk processing. In order to follow the parameters properly we have 3 infra-red machines.
We would like to implement an internal follow-up of the machines in order to be more reactive when there is a deviation. That's why we are looking for someone to:
• Implement the calibration of our 3 Infra-red machines for our key parameters compared to anchoring methods: protein, fat and dry matter.
• Do the implementation of the qualification of the results on a daily basis
• Train the lab technicians to do the daily controls according to our internal rules.
About you
We believe that you are a student in food, - chemical, -or technical engineering, laboratory analytics or other relevant education.
You must be enrolled as a full-time student throughout the whole internship period and the internship should be included as a part of your education.
You must have knowledge and understanding of food, quality and laboratory work.
