hela Sverige Modis Life Science is looking for a Laboratory Engineer to a pharmaceutical company in Lund!
The Consultant assignment will start 2018-05-01 and proceed until 2019-04-30
Job description
* Execute required quality control testing, according to the approved procedures, including tests for environmental monitoring in the manufacturing areas.
* Perform microbiological analyses of DryCart products and other chemical analyses of DryCart products and raw material.
* Issue test reports according to standardized procedures. The position is very laboratory intensive and a lot of time will be spent performing routine analyses.
Methods used are:
* Endotoxin testing with kinetic turbometric method, membrane filtration for bioburden testing, perform Gowth promotion tests, characterizing of microorganisms.
* Use of NIR instrument for IDtesting.
Qualifications
* Good knowledge of the processes and methods that are used in the QC-lab, e.g. identification of materials using NIR and FTIR technology, microbiological analyses as endotoxin and bioburden analysis.
* Good knowledge of the instruments used in the QC lab.
* Thorough during work at lab and good at documentation.
Formal education:
Biomedicinsk analytiker or MSc in Chemistry/microbiology/molecular biology or deep experience from working with microbiological techniques is required.
You should have the ability to plan and take responsibility for your own work and keep deadlines in order to release products on time.
You should be able to work with Word and Excel.
