Dina arbetsuppgifterAlligator Bioscience AB in Lund is seeking for a highly motivated Laboratory Engineer. The position is a full-time position limited to 6 months. Your essential tasks will be: Be part of research projects and perform various assays. Planning of own laboratory activities in the projects. Analyzing, interpreting, compiling, documentation and reporting on own research results.
Utbildning och erfarenhetWe expect the ideal candidate to have: BMA with several years with experience of independent laboratory work alternatively B Sc or M Sc in Natural Sciences with a few years' experience of independent laboratory work. Have research experience and excellent skills in all or most of the following areas: * Sterile techniques and cell culture handling. * Common laboratory practices such as ELISA. * PCR, standard cloning techniques and DNA preparation. * Protein expression, affinity purification and protein analysis. Experience of cell-based assays and/or phage display is an advantage. Flexible, quality minded with strong interpersonal skills. The company language is English.
