About the jobAs a Lab Engineer specializing in
battery testing, you will play a crucial role in our laboratory, contributing
to the development and execution of comprehensive testing procedures for
various types of battery pack and single cell test.
The work task has a wide variety
and spans over several disciplines. But below are some key points of how your
day might look like.
• Develop verification plan
together with the project team
• Work with continuous improvement
project within the team
• Perform test on single cell and
on pack level
• Develop new test specifications,
execute them, analyzing the result and finalize by writing test reports and
report the result to stakeholder
• Investigating and analyzing
quality related issues
Due to the nature within the role
description, the positioned requires physical presence at the laboratory in
Huskvarna.
Required skills*A M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Electronic /
Mechatronics or other related fields, showcasing your commitment to the field
• 1-2 years of working as a
laboratory engineer
• Experience in data acquisition
tools (Oscilloscope, multimeter, temperature logger etc.)
• High problem solving skills,
ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues and identify root causes
• Collaboration and teamwork
skills. Experience with a international context and working with engineers from
different disciplines
• Proficiency in English (both
written and spoken), facilitating effective communication

• Proficiency in Labview,
showcasing your technical versatility
