We are now looking for a Learning & Development Coordinator that want to join our fantastic People Attraction and Development team in a one-year temporary position with start in October 2021.
WHO IS YOUR FUTURE TEAM?
The L&D Coordinator is a member of the People Attraction and Development team which consists of three functions: employer branding, recruitment, and learning & development. This role belongs to the L&D function where we have a small, fantastic, and ambitious group of employees working tightly together. WHAT YOU'LL DO HERE AS A L&D COORDINATOR
As a Learning & Development Coordinator you will be an important part of the L&D function and work closely together with the team to build, support, and develop Axis learning culture. You will support in operative learning activities in the Swedish organization as well as support in global learning projects.
Your main responsibilities in this role are:
* Together with your colleagues, develop and support the Swedish course catalogue
* Manage and answer questions from employees in our ticket system
* Organisation of Axis Intro days
* Support developing and maintaining Axis LMS
* End to End management of learning events (communication with stakeholders, preparing course materials, opening and closing instructor led courses, etc.)
* General room booking/venue booking as well as catering arrangement
* Responsibility for internal communication on Learning and Development (information to managers, employees through intranet and other sources available)

WE'D LOVE TO HEAR THAT YOU HAVE:
* A degree in Human Resources or equivalent
* Experience of working with Learning & Development
* Great knowledge of Microsoft Office
* It's desirable with experience working with LMS or HR Platforms
* Are fluent in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
