In order to continue and accelerate our expansion in Nordics, we are currently looking for a Recruitment Consultant.
Beskrivning av arbetsuppgifter: The diversity of responsibilities and high level contacts you will have with decision makers across the Nordic Region has no possible comparison in the market. This position will enrich you as an individual and make you grow as a professional. Your key responsibilities are as follows: - Build your network with General Managers, Managing Directors and decision makers in Nordics (Denmark, Norway, Finland and Sweden), and across Europe - Build relationships with clients, develop a good understanding of their company, their industry, what they do, their work culture and environment - Propose solutions to answer their recruitment need - Identify the best talents in the market, at Executive and Senior Executive levels, corresponding to clients requirements - Brief the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question - Manage interviews and build shortlists with the most relevant candidates for your clients - Request references and check the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the client - Organize interviews, and debrief with candidates and clients, - Share and compare feedbacks, make decision on the most suitable candidate, together with your client - Offer advice to both clients and candidates on salary, training and career progression - Follow up with candidate and company
Beskrivning av kvalifikationer: - You have a first successful working experience including Project Management, Customer service or Sales responsibilities - You have great communication skills, excellent English and speak fluently a Nordic language - You are sensible, logical and able to deliver information in concise manner - You are ambitious and wish to build a career rather than take a job
