The job includes responsibility for the contact with the customer's Customer Service department, different suppliers that our clients work with and the internal contacts with, for instance, the warehouse.
* Order entry for Nordic and providing assistance for the other countries when needed
* E-mail
* Fax
* Telephone
* Letters/3rd party printed order specs.
* Revenue Share (orders)
* Processing complaints and returns.
* Answering all incoming calls from customers regarding missing deliveries, broken films, invoice problems etc.
* Handle incorrect credits / debits and send them to financedepartment
* Handle and update all contracts.
* Inform customers regarding updates such as price and article numbers.
* Problem solving to improve and come up with solutions to daily problems.
* Handles returns reporting document which arrives at the end of every month, listing non approved returns. This list is checked and each return is handled.
* Works to improve the routines together with our customers in the form of meetings and telephone conferences
* Processing statistics and figures that the customer requires
* Quality controls of orders and mail-outs to retailers
* Responsibility for mail-outs to retailers commissioned by the customer
* Ordering of printing and packaging etc. related to the mail-outs
* Order entry of automatically mail outs
* Ordering of express delivery or other means of transport
* Present your line manager with the basis for express deliveries and mail-outs
* Contact with other parts of the company
* Follow-up and report mistakes in the order handling, both to the customer and internally
* Back-up for the other team members in the case of illness or holiday
* Follow-up and tracking of deliveries
* Feedback to retailers
* Assist Credit Control with queries
* Maintain customer information in SAP e.g. change rebates
* Add new customers and change existing customers in SAP
* Continually report to the customer regarding order status, delivery notifications, delays etc.
* Process complaints to the Post office
