Benne Pastabar started in Gothenburg 2018. Currently, there are two operating restaurants in Gothenburg. The first restaurant is located at Skanstorget and the second in Kvillebäcken. The third is soon opening at Friggagatan; covering a new part of the city. The restaurant concept is to offer homemade fresh pasta in various dishes companied by drinks in the form of beer, wine, cider and other alcohol-free options. Everything is served with high quality and the best possible service.
We work in an open kitchen overlooking the dining area where the guests are able to see the whole process start to finish; from the pasta coming freshly made from the Italian imported machine to the finished plate. The restaurant is open between 11:00 - 20:00 during the weekdays and 12:00-21:00 in the weekends meaning the shift ends at roughly 22:00 making it suitable for a healthier daily rhythm.
The business model is based of all people being able to afford a homemade, fresh and delicious pasta with the best possible ingredients and products. The pressed down price combined with the constancy of high quality attracts many segments of the society; from high school students to elderly, making the business successful from the start. The interior follows the same consistancy as the quality of the food with the plates, machines, colour patterns, staff uniforms etc all being alike. The vision is for any Benne Pastabar guest to have the same professional and quality experience regardless of the location of their choosing.
Due to the continuous expansion of the company, we are looking for new team members in our kitchen wanting to be a part of the journey.
