COOKER/CHEF
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Knowledge and interest on traditional Mexican dishes and advanced international cuisine.
• Baking and pastry making.
• Dishes presentation.
• Manage a medium/big kitchen.
• Manage medium/big food services.
• Grocery shopping.
• Take care of the kitchen, kitchen tools.
• Keeping the kitchen clean and tidy.
• Create a daily menu and special occasion's menu: from breakfasts to receptions or banquets.
Essential Requirements:
• Speak Spanish or English.
• Experience in cooking.
• Teamwork.
• Be at least 18 years old and not having reached the maximum retirement age.
• Have a Swedish residence and work permit and possess the Swedish personal number or be a national of the European Union.
• Due to the position needs, living as an intern in the Residence is desirable.
Position details:
Employment: full-time
Type of contract: indefinite after 3 months trial period
