As Chef de Partie, you will support the Head Chef and Sous Chef and will have:-
• A passion for cooking and to learn your craft
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• The personality to keep motivated and motivate those around you
• 2 or more years experience in a similar role
As Chef de Partie you will:-
• Be responsible for your own section
• Maintain high service standards and food quality within the strict time constraints of a busy restaurant
• Be required to train and develop junior chefs.
What do you need to do well?
At SOT you will need to make sure our standard of food and service remains high at all times.
Contribution to our kitchen team culture and sense of enjoyment will be fundamental to your success at SOT.
This role will suit a current Chef de Partie with at least two years experience in this position in a good fresh food establishment.
