KITCHEN MANAGER
Main Job Specification:
A Hard Rock Cafe manager is responsible for every aspect of the business. Our multi-faceted leaders must be able to operate within non-negotiable company values and drive the business in the following areas:
• P&L Accountability
• Facility Management
• Inventory Control (Product & Food Cost)
• The Employee Life Cycle (selecting, hiring, training, developing, and retaining employees)

Minimum Requirements:
• College coursework preferred; high school diploma or equivalency required.
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory and hospitality industry experience required.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a leader in a high volume restaurant & entertainment venue.
• Proficiency communicating (speaking, reading, and writing) in English, bilingual preferred.
