Consumer Services is the function within Connected Solutions that is responsible for the end user services, from idea to development and operation. We are now looking to complement the team of Consumer Services Volvo Truck, Renault Truck and Volvo Busses with a key account manager for Renault Trucks. The purpose with this position is to further strengthen the partnership and collaboration with Volvo Group Connected Solutions and Renault Trucks to further accelerate the journey in terms of performance and customer value for connected services.
In this position you will have to share your time between Lyon, where the Renault Truck service team is located, and Gothenburg, where the Volvo Group Connected Solutions team is located. Trips are to be expected where/when needed.

Mission and Key Responsibilities
Learn about Renault Truck's vision (RT's Ecosystem) and support it in all operational aspects
Work in close co-operation with Renault and Connected Solutions team and when needed other stakeholders like OBT, GTT, Customer Support
Support urgent requests related to business issues (day-to-day)
Help to create a strong process to manage API's development for end customers
Follow up activities according to plan and support Renault Trucks vision and plans
Support the switch period between classic and TISP technologies

Competence Profile & Qualifications
Solid experience in services development
Experience and knowledge in the area of telematics and software development
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Successful in building excellent working relationships and networks
Creative and a strong sense of drive
French spoken is a merit
