We are looking for a successful and business oriented Key Account Manager OEM who is responsible for sales and the overall relationship to one or more OEM customers. The position requires excellent presentation skills, being able to present technologically complex systems and solutions to the market.

Responsibilities
• Define, implement and follow up the account plan
• Coordinate overall interaction between Ascom and the customer
• Prepare the annual budget and execution accordingly
• Drive and initiate sales and marketing activities with the customer to fulfill the annual targets
• Identify and realize business opportunities with the customer in accordance with the sales process
• In coordination with the customer, plan and carry out promotional activities such as events, seminars and customer presentations
• Stimulate and develop the cooperation between the customer and other sales regions within the division

Furthermore you will be responsible for delivering monthly forecast and report of the business status. You will also develop new business opportunities according to the Ascom OEM growth strategy.

Qualifications
• Several years' experience from a similar role
• Experience from working in industry's like; Telecom/MedTech/Software Companies
• Good skills in presenting technologically complex systems and solutions to the market
• Experience in driving sales and marketing activities for complex business to business products and solutions
• Degree with international marketing profile or equivalent
• Fluency in English is a must (Swedish, and German are an asset)
• Knowledge and working experience with the whole marketing process (from customer requirements to products to after sales services)
