We are now in the process of strengthen our sales team in the Nordics and are therefore looking for a Key Account Manager.

You will join our HQ at Telefonplan south of Stockholm, but we are flexible if we find a star with other preferences on location.

What will you be doing at Nexus?
As Key Account Manager you will be responsible for strengthen and grow existing relations with key customers and partners as well as develop new opportunities and business relations. The focus is on the larger corporations in the private segment but also customer in the public sector could fall within your responsibility.

We are a high-tech security company, delivering powerful identity solutions to large (and very large) entities. Among our customers you will find clients like Volkswagen, Siemens, Skanska, ABB, SBAB but also more than one hundred Swedish municipalities. We are proud to count several fortune 500 companies amongst our long-time clients. For this position you will mainly focus on the Nordics.

You will both cater to our current customer but also find new opportunities, using inbound sales strategies, prospect calls and nurture your network.

You will also act as a link between key customers and internal teams and help resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.

As stated above, this is a broad role, but at the end of the they what's count is revenue. We are growing organic and fast, and you will be expected to help us in that journey.

Who are you?
Do to the complex nature of our portfolio we think it's important that you are an experienced KAM from a high-tech industry. You have worked at least five years with b2b sales preferably with large enterprises. If you have worked in the security industry as well, we think it would be a great advantage.

You are driven and curious and you understand the dynamics of the craftsmanship that is sales. Even though you don't need to be a technical expert, we think it's a must with a strong interest in tech. Also, we think it could be beneficial if you have a degree from higher education.

Your main motivator is to find the best solution for the customer, and by doing so gaining trust and profit. You have great listening skills but are not afraid to speak your mind and to give sound advice to the customer, based on your professional expertise.

You are used to client negations and have a strong problem-solving mindset. Even though you are a seasoned player, you still have the drive to find new clients and new opportunities.

As stated, your main market will be the Nordics and Sweden in particulate, therefor unhindered Swedish (written and spoken) is a need-to-have. Our clients safety is everything for us, therefor we will conduct background checks for this role.
