The job:
As 'Key Account Manager - PS', you will be overall Sennheiser Nordic responsible for the Swedish PS industry, which broadly comprises the broadcast, - theatre-, film-, studio and post production industry. Responsibilities comprise, but are not limited to, market- and business development within the PS segment, with main purpose to meet outlined Sennheiser Nordic financial objectives and enable adaption to any future national or international Sennheiser PS strategy.
It is your job and task to expand our present partner and dealer network by identifying and pursuing 'new bizz', whilst concurrent serving the existing customer portfolio. You will be responsible for building long-term business relationships with customer's at all organizational levels. You will be responsible for initiating customer events and activities, product training and marketing. The latter in close cooperation with our Nordic Marketing Department based in Copenhagen. Based at the Sennheiser Nordic Stockholm branch office, you will also take part in the handling of incoming external and internal phone calls.
It is your job and task to expand the Sennheiser position in the Swedish market, and reinforce the Sennheiser brand to customers as well as end users. As responsible for 'Professional Systems' you spend most of your time with customers, and you will be a part of the Sennheiser Nordic team, where amongst others induction, training and sales meetings will take place in Copenhagen and/or elsewhere in Europe. Annual number of travelling days comes to between 50 and 100.
Beskrivning av kvalifikationer:
Today you may hold a job in a similar position, or you may join us from related branches of the industry, such as broadcast, theatre, PA rental companies etc. You are associated with the industry, and you have experience in working with wireless microphones as well as experience from the studio (recording and/or post production) environment.
You have a commercial/mercantile personality and are experienced in developing businesses and markets as well as in key account management, and you are able to keep a strong focus.
Since Sennheiser is an international company, it is essential that you are comfortable in English, both verbally and written, and it is an advantage if you understand the Scandinavian languages.
As a person you are commercially well founded, performance-, service- and customer-oriented, persistent and enduring.
