Randstad are searching for a Key Account Manager for the Swedish market to expand our clients current distribution team.
Our client is one of the fastest growing European Value-Add Distributor, specialized in ECM (Enterprise Content Management). The European Group, employing around 400 people and with a € 120M annual turnover, cooperates with a network of partners. 

In this position you will be responsible for maintaining existing accounts and developing new business for our Data Capture Solutions. Developing new business at the Top 1’000 companies in Sweden will be your main focus. Finding, anticipating and creating new projects are essential in this position.

Your main tasks will be:
•        Giving presentations and demonstrations
•        Developing Business at the Swedish market
•        Leading local networking
•        Understand and list client’s needs
•        Maintaining contact with the responsible reseller that is or will be involved in the project
•        Preparing proposals in cooperation with the reseller and monitoring the entire project
Tasks:
•        Act as interlocutor and have a entrepreneur state of mind-       Solution selling (hardware, software, services)-       Maintain and further develop existing relationships with accounts-       Business development-       Strategically tap new markets
•        Various sales and marketing activities
•        Creating and tracking account plans
•        Project management
Skills:
•        You think and perform on a Higher Education level (preferably with a sales/marketing orientated degree)
•        You are familiar with Solution Selling (hardware, software, services)
•        You have strong communication skills
•        You have excellent command of the Swedish and English language, all spoken and written, Norwegian is advantageous-       You have an open attitude
•        You are enthusiastic and feel comfortable in the role of a pioneer
•        Experience with Document Solutions sales is an advantage
