We are looking for a Key Account Manager to permanent and fulltime position, to strengthen our small but dynamic Sales team at Stockholm.

Your role
In this role you will play an important part in driving Global Blue products and services with a defined portfolio of senior partnerships. The holder of this position is responsible for managing and developing an assigned merchant portfolio and selling a range of Global Blue Products and Services including Financial Services - Tax Free Shopping (TFS) and Currency Choice (DCC); and Account Development products - Omnichannel Products, Marketing Services, Business Intelligence and Training Programs at both clients Head Office and Store level. In conjunction the Key Account Manager will be required to attract and gain new Business Accounts.
Main duties and responsibilities
As a Key Account Manager you will be overall responsible for:
Delivering sales targets
Delivering new business targets
Delivering account-specific contractual obligations
Cross-selling Global Blue's products to existing accounts
Account plan preparation and opportunity pipeline management
Management of sell-out objectives
Shop trainings
IR/RR management
Customer support
Business statistics presentation and discussion
Online solutions
Accurate use of CRM
Creativity and activity in customer relation management

Profile and education
For this position we seek an individual with an educational background from Sales, Marketing or Retail related studies. You already have a few years' experience from role within the field of Sales, Retail or Account Management, and strong customer orientation. Also, you have excellent collaboration, communication as well as negotiation skills and you are able to work fluently in an international environment.

To succeed in this role, you have:
o At least 3 years' previous sales experience with key accounts
o A strong results-oriented mindset
o Passion and determination to reach sales targets and build foundations for a long-term business relationship
o Leadership experience
o Strong customer orientation and management skills
o Fluent written and spoken Swedish
o Preferably a University degree
