As a Key Account Manager International you will be responsible for delivering profitable growth of sales turnover in Nordic and Baltic countries by collaboration with - and especially acquisition of - distributors and key customers in the defined markets and distribution channels.

Melitta Professional Coffee Solutions HQ is located in Minden, Germany and Key Account Manager is reporting to Head of Exports and Global Accounts. You will work from home office and the position can be based anywhere in Sweden, preferable in the Southern part of the country.

Responsibilities

* Participating in the development of international sales concept in cooperation with the supervisor.
* Elaboration of sales planning for the markets being in charge.
* Analyzing and monitoring the assigned countries and deriving appropriate actions.
* Acquiring & auditing distribution partners and key accounts as well as working with established customers in order to achieve the defined targets for turnover, sales and earnings.
* Coordinating own sales activities with the activities of local sales and cooperation partners.
* Execution of sales trainings as well as coordination of technical trainings for the distribution partners and the key accounts
* Review international sales materials for country-specific adaptation needs.
* Initiation and execution of local exhibitions in cooperation with the Marketing Department.
* Participation in the creation of the Global Account Strategy incl. managing the assigned Global Key Account.

Your profile

We believe the successful candidate would be able to show below skills and experiences:

* Bachelor 's degree in business administration or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience in a similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and distributors.
* High level of collaboration, engagement and project leadership skills.
* Fluency in Swedish and English is a must. Knowledge of any other Nordic language as well as German is an advantage.

To be successful in the role you have high energy and a positive, proactive "can do" attitude. You are curious with a high willingness to learn and motivated by new challenges. Also, you are result-oriented and driven, always looking for new business opportunities.
