TECHNICAL CONSULTANT (F/M)
To expand our Operations team we are looking for a Technical Consultant (f/m) at our office located in the heart of Stockholm. As our TC you will work closely to all teams locally and the Operations teams globally. We are on the hunt for a tech savvy, service and open minded person to welcome on board!

THE JOB
Responsibilities:
Implementation of new advertiser programs on the zanox UI
Debugging the client tracking tag implementation for errors and providing possible solution
Providing a high level of technical support to merchants and colleagues via email and phone
Tracking quality monitoring and identifying technical issues
Analyzing of internal errors
Product Data Feeds configuration and quality monitoring
Implementation and monitoring of additional zanox technologies
Testing new developments and features
Program optimization recommendations in strong collaboration with all teams
Conduction of internal and external trainings about technical topics
Experience:
Experience providing customer service in a sales or technical support position
Ability to understand web languages such as basic HTML and JavaScript
Basic knowledge of one programming language highly appreciated (Java, PHP, Ruby etc.)
Basic understanding of MySQL
Familiar with internet technologies, current market trends and e-commerce business
Proficient MS Office user
Team player, high engagement and flexible mindset
Service attitude and ability to deescalate conflict situations
Hands on attitude and high willingness to learn and develop oneself
Strong communication skills
Very good knowledge in English
