We are looking for a Junior System Engineer for our Stockholm office
Your Role
We are looking for a Junior System Engineer for our RCS Division. The Junior Systems Engineers task is to identify input requirements, typically from a customer and to formalize them into requirements and interface specifications.
You need to seek continuous feedback regarding the systems and subsystems used by active participation in integration, laboratory and field tests, by soliciting and receiving information and feedback about the customer/user experience and the use of systems in actual applications or by using the system himself.
Your Challenges
• Identification of stakeholder requirements
• Engineering of solutions relating to requirements
• Support for implementers, integrators, testers and validators
Your Experience and Qualifications
• Some knowledge of railway operation procedures
• Some experience with specification and documentation of complex technical systems
• Some knowledge of relevant standardization and specification
• Some experience in hardware engineering in a signalling context
• Some experience in product development
• Ability to communicate with a wide variety of stakeholders and to resolve conflicts
• Basic presentation skills
• Good command of the English language
• Good knowledge of and experience with general IT tools (MS Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Visio, Primavera)
• Good knowledge of job-specific IT tools (Telelogic Doors, others may apply)
