As a Junior Supervisor you represent the needs of the company, are responsible for solving problems which occur during the daily business. You are in constant contact with your (8)
employees in order to improve the company's processes, standards and policies where necessary, while at the same time ensuring that the company's rules and regulations are adhered to. As a Junior Supervisor, you work with the Sales Advisors and report directly to the Retail Manager who is located in Stockholm. You will get to know all areas of activity in the company, from the operational work in the shop (40 m2) to the workings of the headquarters, which are located in the

Your main tasks consist essentially of:
• Responsible for the sales, growth and margin development of our stores at Landvetter Airport
• Deliver accurate reports and analytics to the corporate office
• Ensuring compliance with international and national corporate policies and corporate
headquarters policies
• Responsible for a professional and inviting presentation in the shops
• Appraisal of employees using the company's appraisal system
• Monitoring the execution of inventories
• Always up to date with market developments, industry literature and industry knowledge
• Monitoring of advertising campaigns
• Sales consulting for our international customers
• coaching the sales team
• Analysis of business results, inventories, stock gaps, complaints and complaints

• Business Administration graduate
• Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English language
• Commercial attitude and passion for retail
• 2 to 5 years experience in a commercial activity
