The Role
As a graduate at Capgemini, you will get to attend several carefully chosen courses running parallel with your role as a junior IT consultant in development projects for our customers. Of course, the role you take on will depend on your chosen focus and your profile.
During your second year at Capgemini you will join our mentoring program where you will be matched with a mentor that helps forming your career depending on the interests and wishes you have. With regular meet-ups, your mentor helps you.
Qualifications
You have:
An MSc or BSc degree
Good educational merits
A great interest for IT
A will to understand business needs
An engagement outside of school
Excellent understanding of the Swedish and the English language. Please note that you have to speak Swedish fluent.

In parallel with your education, you are involved in delivering solutions in customer projects, often in an international environment. By completing the program, you will get valuable insight and knowledge that supports you and your future career as an IT consultant at Capgemini.
You will work in one or our business units where we have our starting point in our client?s digital strategies and build digital solutions based on new technologies. We perform all our system development projects, whether they are big or small, with an agile work method and always with the users in focus.
