Joinville is a niched Swedish online marketing agency and SaaS platform that manages online advertising campaigns in display, video and mobile for global brands and organizations. The company has worked on campaigns in over 40 countries and is working across continents with different clients and brands like Sony, McDonald's, MasterCard, Emirates, Volkswagen, Comcast and many more.

Based on Södermalm in beautiful Stockholm, we are 4 people looking to become 5 (and many more) that work with the largest names and platforms in online advertising. We are looking for a Junior Sales Executive that can sell our online media services and platform to clients globally.

You have a passion for detail, balanced with strong people skills and you are seeking a new challenge in a fast paced, innovative environment. You are looking for full time employment while taking your career to the next level in sales and account management.
A background in international advertising/communications is preferred.

Qualifications

College Degree in marketing/communications or University equivalent
Business fluent in English and German OR French
1-3 years of (advertising) account management experience
Self-motivated with the ability to handle multiple projects and pitch(sell to various sales leads
Strong communication and listening skills with the ability to present confidently at a senior level
Great attention to detail
Experience in successfully driving revenue streams with agencies in the digital media or technology space
Ability to work individually and own your sales area while remaining focused on deadlines
If you have worked in any kind of online marketing platform before this is also a bonus as this will help you understand Joinville's products

Responsibilities
Proactively generate new business
Create and deliver new business pitches
Maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities including forecasting monthly and quarterly revenues
Work closely with technical team to ensure expertise on all Joinville Products
Meet monthly, quarterly and annual revenue goals according to sales plan
Meet and exceed personal development target goals on a quarterly basis
Establish relationships with key agency people at target clients
Communicate on-going contact/sales activities through sales pipeline reports, regular sales meetings, and report & update weekly on activity status and next steps related to specific opportunities

(We work on Mac OS)

Salary is based on fixed + variable performance.
