We expect you to have university level degree in statistics, mathematics, economics or banking. You have 2-4 years of relevant experience preferably in building provision models. Knowledge in provision models with installment loan focus is an asset as well as knowledge in lending, credit risk management or financial management, preferably in financial institution. Proficiency in MS Office, ability to work with data-mining and business intelligence tools (such as SQL, SAS, Business Objects or Oracle) are needed in order to succeed in this role. You should have good understanding in lending and credit risk management field. In this role you also need to be initiative, have good communication skills and have ability to see the "big picture". Role requires also strong analytical (mathematics/statistics) background, detail orientated mindset, high sense of responsibility, preciseness and ability to concentrate. Since we work in multi-cultural environment you should be able to communicate with Swedish and English.
