• Drive and assist functional design processes and analyze works maintenance solutions to provide the business.
• Designs how the required maintenance processes may be implemented.
• Secure a stable solution in line with agreed business requirements.
• Analyze requirements and provides functional solutions and specifications to the stakeholders
• Further on be able to discuss and advice in both technical solution and business processes.
• Use own experience to creatively resolve complex issues
• Documenting functional processes
• Follow defined IT processes
Competences
• Bachelor degree within IT
• 3 years experience of working in a IT organisation
• 3 years experience in Helpdesk & IT Support
• 3 years experience in Infrastructure
• 3 years experience in ServiceNow
• 3 years experience in Retail
• Experience of communication planning and communication
• Experience of retail is an advantag
• Experience in Service Now is an advantage.
