Join the Talent acquisition team and participate in the expansion of Natural Cycles in Sweden and Europe.
As a Junior recruiter you will be the first point of contact for candidates.
You will helpinitiate the hiring process by identifying and screening qualified candidates for all our job openings in Marketing, R&D, Medical communication, Business, and Regulatory & Compliance.
What you will be doing
• Source a pipeline of candidates by utilizing our internal database, job boards, networking, referrals and any other creative means of locating qualified candidates.
• Screen and make initial contact with candidates
• Conduct phone screens to assess both technical background and cultural fit.
• Schedule candidates for interviews with hiring managers
• Make sure every candidates get an answer
• Create and postjob openings to generate applications
• Attend job fairs, events, conferences
• Partner with recruiting companies to identify and attract talents.
What experience you should have & who you are
• Freshly graduated, or looking for new challenge in your career
• Experience in recruitment in consulting agency will be a plus
• Flexibility, highly organized, attention to detailand able to handle multi-tasks
• Highly energetic self-starter and strong ability to work independently
• Good command of both spoken and written English
• Good team player, strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure
