Are you a dynamic and organized individual ready to take on the challenges of project management and demand coordination? We are seeking a talented Junior Project Manager and Demand Manager to join our team.

Your role:
As a Junior Project Manager and Demand Manager, you will ensure the successful review and implementation of several demands and projects. This position will be responsible for ongoing and planned IT-projects in close collaboration with Business Engagement Managers and Delivery Managers. In this role, you will be a key player to support on the ambitious digitalization agenda - which require a flexible and solution-oriented approach.
Junior Project Manager:
Support BE Manager in project planning, including ensuring that right resources are assigned to a project. Pro-actively support the resource planning process by regularly share information to key delivery teams.
Manage smaller and less complicated projects from project start-up to completion after launch. The Junior Project Manager role will be responsible for plan, lead and follow up - both from delivery and from a cost control perspective - and should update frequently stakeholders and steering groups the status.
Ensure that the project working methods are appropriate, documented and clear and follow Husqvarna's framework and GIS project process. This also means to coach project resources working within the project and other stakeholders how the process works and what is required to pass a gate.

Demand Manager:
Act as a Demand Manager - responsible for moving a demand through the process (and tool) and engage SME:s during the process. Also engage with Identity & Access Management and onboarding to the Application Master, when the demand is reviewed and approved.
Maintain communication with stakeholders at multiple levels, which means taking actively part of keeping a transparent and open communication culture and participating in relevant project portfolio fora's.
Actively improving our internal processes related to project management - such as improving the transition between projects and operations. This role will also have a coordinating role - following up on projects and status within HFG and align on priorities when needed.

Objectives:
Your goal will be to manage projects and demands - to ensure they adhere to established plans, providing updates to the HFG portfolio dashboard and capturing the overall status. You will take responsibility for project coordination within the department and actively contribute to (and improve) internal processes.
Your skills and experience:
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
Previous experience in project management, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
