An opportunity has arisen with Octapharma OAB in Stockholm, Sweden, for a Junior Project Manager for our recombinant FVIII product Nuwiq®.

We are seeking

We are currently looking for a Junior Project Manager - a person, who is open to work with a multi-national and cross-functional team. You should be able to prioritize and manage complex projects with a pro-active, solution oriented and communicative personality. Strong interest in biotech/pharmaceutical industry is essential and knowledge and experience in biopharmaceutical product development is highly appreciated.

This is a full-time, permanent position to be filled as soon as possible. We apply a six-month probationary period.

The job

Autonomous management of assigned project and sub-projects including all project management related aspects.Project reporting and documentation (i.e. meeting minutes, status reports, presentations).Project management and controlling support if needed (i.e. documentation, drafting of time plan, project outline, follow-up on assigned work packages, etc.).Organization of Project Team and Steering Group meetings.Start-up of new sub-projects.

The ideal candidate

A minimum of a Masters Degree in Life Science (e.g. Biotechnology) or equivalent work experience with 3-5 years in pharmaceutical or biotech industries.Some experience in project management.Ability to lead a large project team and coordinate multiple tasks.Self motivating, goal directed and able to motivate people.Timeline focused and milestone oriented.Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish (German would be an advantage).Good organization and planning strength.Proficiency with MS Office Programs.
