Job description
We are looking for a young entrepreneurial spirit that will be responsible so that the future www.komplett.fi meets the needs and expectations of the Finnish consumers, making sure the web shop drives traffic and conversion. You will have one of the leading marketing departments in the Nordics backing you up and you will adapt and collaborate on Nordic campaigns and events to make sure they are successful on Komplett.fi. All contacts and negotiations with local Finnish stakeholders will be part of the job, as well as retrieving insight and analysis on the consumer from Finnish agencies and bureaus. Since it will be a small but inspired team to start up Komplett Finland, you will also be anticipated to take a wider responsibility to work for making Komplett.fi our vision - the obvious choice.

The onboard training will take place in Gothenburg, Sweden. It is needed to live in Sweden for the startup period (approx. 1 year), to later open up office in Helsinki, Finland. There will be approximately 50 traveling nights a year and these will include traveling to Norway and Sweden and you report to Country Manager Finland.

Required skills and personality
We are looking for a driven personality with great interest in sales, marketing and e-commerce. You are probably constantly on top of the latest trends and topics within the business. As a person you are highly motivated, well organized and you work in a strategic and proactive way. You can easily inspire others and is good at collaborating with your team. In this position it is important to share best practices in a successful way with others within the company. If you are technically interested it is an advantage even though it is not a requirement. The most important thing is that you have a commercial mind and have a great ambition and drive to move our business forward in a successful way. You need to speak and write Finnish, and also speak English or Swedish fluently. It is an advantage if you know all three languages even though it is not required.
