Are you an analytical and ambitious person who lokes working with numbers? MultiMind is currently looking a Master Data Specialist for our client, a world renowned FMCG company located in modern office spaces in Stockholm. This is a consultancy opportunity starting as soon as possible.
About the company: Our client is a international and leading actor in the FMCG/retail industry. They produce and sell groceries used daily and loved by people around the globe. This position is located in the company's Nordic headquarters in Stockholm. The role is set in an international environment and varied work environment within a fast moving industry.
Your role Master data is the core data that is essential to operations in a business and is critical for operational and analytical business decision-making. As a Master Data Specialist your main purpose is to:
Secure correct master data (pricing, material and customer) to enable error free order processes and resolve operational issues related to it
Act first point of contact for master data related questions
Maintain highest possible level of data quality
Your responsibilities include: Understand Customer requirements and opportunities within master data
Update and clean master data records within area of responsibility
Manage daily communication and interactions with Customer (internal/external) and support CS Specialists in contact with customer
Receive, Generate and Process master data according to agreed process time frames
Maintain Customer- and pricing Master Data and Terms within SAP
Operational management of master data exchange (electronic) with customers.
Run Customer Supply Chain projects within master data area
Who we're after Academic degree or relevant working experience
Experience of working with Master data administration
Experience ideally from a global or regional environment with 1-3 years' experience in administrative position
Critical to have a good business understanding preferably from other Supply Chain function
Service oriented
Internal drive and a continuous improvement seeker
Fast learner
Accurate and thorough
Process minded
Deep understanding of ERP; SAP R/3
Fluent in English
Very good in MS Excel / Access
Analytical
Nice to have: Understanding of a Nordic language
