hela Sverige We are now looking for a junior IT Maintenance Manager to one of our customers.
Our customer is an international company and you will work together in teams with colleagues with extensive knowledge within the applications area.
Mission:
The mission of the IT Maintenance Manager is to take responsibility for the application lifecycle management for R&D related applications. The IT Maintenance Manager will also have the responsibility of managing requirements regarding end user-, business- and IT.
Job Context:
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for managing direct interaction with end users and business stakeholder(s) regarding solution requirements, including both one time and runtime deliveries in application management context. The Maintenance Manager will mainly interface with the Electrical Engineering business area and will have daily contact with business and vendors.
The job requires excellent solution understanding, combined with related process knowledge, solution dependencies and interfaces.
Responsibilities
• Create and maintain SLA 's
• Coordinate maintenance, upgrades and configurations
• Continues improvement of way of working, supporting the business targets and visions
• Review, maintain and enhance the technical setup of the applications and environments
• Coordinate support issue(s)
• Active communicate with super users about planned maintenance, upgrades and configurations
• Responsible for documentation of solutions, related process and solutions roadmaps
Competence
• Good knowledge from engineering solutions preferable from automotive businesses
• Used to work or create a structured delivery
• General technical knowledge of cloud services, integrations and application management
• Good coordinator and communicator
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in teams in a changing environment
• Self-starter with ability to prioritize
• Fluent in English and preferable Swedish or/and Chinese
• Cultural awareness and a Can-do-attitude,
About the position:
