But to keep doing so, we need more people who want to innovate and re-imagine what life at home can be.Junior IT Business Analyst - Stockholm HQYou will be part of the Operations Reporting & KPI team who lead all IT work around analytics for the Operations area in Electrolux Europe with numerous projects to support key company initiatives within manufacturing, supply chain and logistics with the right metrics, reports and dashboards. The role is a combined junior business analyst/junior project manager role with great autonomy and possibility to discover a vast area in terms of Electrolux processes.You will be based in the Electrolux Headquarter in Stockholm. The Business Analyst will be involved in numerous projects and work orders throughout full SDLC. Stakeholders are spread across Europe wherefore travel sometimes occurs. You will:* Provide comprehensive Business Analysis of requirements* Act as Project manager and drive smaller projects and workorders from A-Z* Work closely with IT core teams, architects, delivery teams and business stakeholders for excellent project delivery within area. * Deliver in execution plans for large projects as team member* Perform data crunching (Excel/Access)* Write Business Requirement Documents for BI Tools (SAP/BW, BOBJ, Qlik)* In close collaboration with business key users elaborate and technically support and develop adhoc analysis and prototypes (Excel/Access/SQL) * Make sure test scripts are covering the developments and that training material is up to date* Provide third level supportYOUEntrepreneurial. You know when to, and when not to challenge conventions.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEUniversity degree in IT or technical studiesExperience compiling project material to Steering Committees and WorkshopsExperience to drive smaller project teams (host project team meetings and follow up on actions)Experience participating in a variety of technical and business driven projects.Experience follow up on budgets/key performance indicatorsExperience of compiling communication material
